NullOps Messaging Terms

NullOps is a low-volume, two-way SMS/MMS program operated by Homicide Zero for invited participants in a private interactive entertainment and trip-planning experience.

Program messages

Messages may include interactive entertainment content, clues, requests for replies, links, event or travel updates, and itinerary information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent

Participants enroll through direct verbal opt-in. By opting in, a participant authorizes Homicide Zero to send NullOps SMS/MMS messages to the mobile number the participant provides. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Review the documented SMS Consent process and verbal script.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request, a final confirmation message may be sent and no further NullOps messages will be sent unless the participant opts in again through an approved method.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks and other systems outside Homicide Zero's control.

Participant responsibility and acceptable use

Participants are responsible for access to the enrolled device and for charges imposed by their carrier. Participants must not use NullOps to harass others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or compromise program security. Homicide Zero may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, the program, or legal rights.

Service boundary

NullOps is an entertainment and coordination program. It is not an emergency, law-enforcement, military, surveillance, transportation, or travel-booking service. Do not rely on NullOps for emergencies, safety-critical communications, transportation, reservations, or time-sensitive travel changes. Contact the appropriate emergency service, carrier, venue, hotel, or travel provider directly when needed.
