NullOps SMS Consent Process
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Homicide Zero is the responsible business and operates NullOps, a private interactive messaging program.
Direct verbal opt-in
Before any automated SMS or MMS message is sent, the intended recipient must opt in directly and verbally. Another person, including a spouse, cannot consent for the recipient.
The organizer reads the script below and records the recipient, date, time, script version, and affirmative response. Messaging begins only after the intended recipient gives a clear affirmative response.
