NullOps Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Homicide Zero operates NullOps, a private interactive entertainment and trip-planning program. This policy explains how information is handled when invited participants use NullOps.
Information we collect
We may collect mobile phone numbers; SMS/MMS messages sent to or from the program; records of direct verbal consent and opt-out requests; interaction and program-progress state; basic technical and security logs such as timestamps, delivery status, IP address, and request identifiers; and information a participant voluntarily supplies for support, interaction, event, or travel-planning purposes.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the interactive experience, deliver and respond to messages, provide links and event or itinerary updates, remember interaction state, provide support, maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot delivery, document consent, honor opt-out and access requests, and comply with legal obligations.
No marketing sale or sharing of mobile information
Homicide Zero does not sell or share mobile information, mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent records with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose limited information to service providers solely as needed to provide messaging, hosting, support, security, and legal-compliance services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect participants, the service, or legal rights. Service providers may use information only to perform those services on our behalf.
Messaging notices
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See the NullOps Messaging Terms for opt-out and help instructions.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited nature of the program. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to operate and secure NullOps, document consent and opt-out status, provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. Information may remain in protected backups until those backups expire through normal rotation.
Access and deletion requests
Participants may request access to or deletion of their information by emailing support@homicidezero.com. We may need to verify the requester's identity. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, consent and opt-out documentation, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the program or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page before or when they take effect, as appropriate.
